- Sit back, relax and allow the chair to give you lumbar support.
- Screen should be 18-24" away. Sit back in the chair and extend your arms and your middle finger should touch the screen. For the height of the screen, there should be a slight angle down from eyes to screen. Close your eyes and when you reopen them, you should see your top menu bar. You can place something under the screen to elevate it for the proper height.

|
- Remember wrists should be flat and your keyboard should only be 1-2" from your lap (either use a drawer for the keyboard or raise your chair to allow this.
- Mouse and keyboard should be shoulder distance apart making sure the mouse isn’t too far off to the side. Keep mouse as close to your midline as possible, so that you don’t cause shoulder and neck issues.

|
- Your chair should have good lumbar support and when sitting upright, there should be a hand fist distance between the back of your knee and the chair.
- Your hips should always be higher than your knees. Remember to keep your feet flat on the ground; but if they do not reach, put a stool underneath your feet.
- Take a break every hour to get up and move around.
